Or visit Campus Smiles onsite, and save big - they have price-matched the plan and waived the deductible, which means you'll pay nothing out-of-pocket when you visit!

Getting enrolled

As a UH student, you have access to this dental insurance, which has been tailored just for you. To enroll, fill out the application and pay with a credit or debit card. You'll get an email with a link to download your policy and ID card, and once the policy is effective, you're ready to see the dentist. If you do not wish to enroll, we ask students to acknowledge their decision to decline coverage for this school year.
